📌 Product classification
Silvestelar sells both personalized and non-personalized products.
The cancellation, return and refund policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
In case of doubt or conflict, the specific policy applicable to the type of product purchased will always prevail.
📌 CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customized products are those manufactured specifically for the customer using images, texts, or other information provided during the purchase process.
Cancellations
Due to its exclusive nature:
It is not possible to cancel, modify or refund a custom order once it has been confirmed, even if the product has not yet been shipped.
The personalization process begins immediately after purchase.
The customer acknowledges and accepts that personalized products cannot be reused or resold to other customers.
Returns and exchanges
No returns or refunds are accepted for properly manufactured personalized products.
Exchanges will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Silvestelar.
In these cases, Silvestelar will manufacture and ship a new product at no additional cost to the customer.
It will not be necessary to return the defective product.
📌 NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
For products that are not personalized, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Silvestelar.
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
The delivery times indicated are approximate.
During periods of high demand, delays beyond Silvestelar's control may occur.
In case of a significant delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Silvestelar's control (incorrect address, repeated absence of the recipient, rejection of the package, etc.), it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the transport company.
If the package is returned to our facilities, the customer may choose between:
Request a new shipment, paying the reshipping and handling costs.
Cancel the order, without the right to a refund, due to the personalized nature of the product when applicable.
DISCLAIMER
Silvestelar is not responsible for damages arising from:
Misuse of products.
Impacts, friction or contact with abrasive products.
Use of jewelry in the bath, swimming pools, hot springs or other conditions not recommended.
Claims for errors resulting from the following will also not be accepted:
Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.
Lack of data review before confirming the purchase.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
