Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly designed, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to recreate it to your satisfaction. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that because all of our personalized items are one of a kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

In the event of an error in the shipping address provided during checkout, we will not be responsible for any resulting delays or loss of package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully check the shipping information provided before completing the purchase and to ensure that the address is correct and complete. If there is a mistake in the shipping address, the package may be returned to us, delivered to the wrong address, or destroyed.

We will only accept full returns of customizable items if there is a problem with the customization or if the item is found to be defective on delivery. In any other case, full returns of these products will not be accepted.

To request a return of a customizable item, the customer must physically demonstrate that the product has some problem in the personalization or that it is defective at the time of delivery. Only in these cases we will accept the complete return of the item or the shipment of a new product.


cancellations

Once we receive your order in our store we immediately start the production process of your personalized items.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, contact silvestelar@gmail.com

Cancellations will be processed the day we receive your cancellation request. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded to you. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund is approved.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

-Custom items

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days (Maximum 30 days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at silvestelar@gmail.com and send your item to: Calle Huertos 13, 18640 Padul, Granada, Spain.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor received the order to be shipped later, we will issue the donor a refund and they will find out their return.

Shipment

To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Calle Millán de Priego 39, 2º, Jaén.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
